What's the minimum booking time? +

The minimum booking time for both The Loft and The Vault is 2 hours. This gives you enough time to set up, shoot, and break down without feeling rushed. If you need more time, you can book by the hour, half-day, or full-day. We recommend booking a half-day or full-day for larger productions to take advantage of our discounted rates.

Can I book both spaces at the same time? +

Absolutely! We offer a combined full-day rate for productions that require both The Loft and The Vault. This package includes access to all amenities, lighting, and tether stations in both studios and offers a 20% discount compared to booking each space separately. Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals? +

What's your cancellation policy? +

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before your scheduled shoot, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before your shoot will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your shoot are non-refundable, but we'll work with you to reschedule if possible.

Can I bring my own equipment? +

Of course! You're welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, modifiers, and grip equipment. Our studios are designed to accommodate a wide range of gear, and our team is happy to assist with setup and teardown. If you need help sourcing equipment, we also offer rental packages for additional lighting, modifiers, and grip gear.
